Kurimu x HBCT

Kurimu x HBCT is a fusion of the east and the west. Tarts from the east, cheese from the west. The cheese tart filling is made using three blends of cheese and the crust is made to be a ‘biscuit-like’ pastry; crumbly, yet tasty.

KURIMU is a Melbourne-born, Japanese inspired pastry brand. Their signature product is a choux pastry filled with creamy custard and topped with crunchy almonds. We’ve created a pastry to change the game.
